Delivery and Returns

Our cookies are sent second class Royal Mail, included in the price. You will receive a shipping notification once they are with the post office and they should arrive 2-4 working days from then. However, due to Covid 19 restrictions, Royal Mail have been experiencing delays in some areas so they may take longer. Rest assured that our cookies will stay fresh in their packaging for at least 2 weeks.

We are now offering a postal upgrade option at the checkout with APC. They aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. Currently turnaround times are fast, so orders placed before 3pm are usually posted the next day. Please note that APC do not deliver on Saturdays. 

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived, please send us an email at hello@bostinbakery.co.uk and we will do our best to track the parcel down. Please note that Royal Mail will not consider a parcel to be lost until 10 working days after it has been sent.

Unfortunately, due to the chunky nature of the cookies they are too big to fit through a letterbox, so you might want to leave a note for your postie if you are not going to be in.

Bostin' Bakery cookies are perishable items and therefore we cannot offer you a refund. However, please do contact us using hello@bostinbakery.co.uk if you have any problems and we will see what we can do to resolve the issue for you.
